Mulund - Clean-up Marshall were once again in the bad light for beating a person near Mulund station. Victim Mahesh Bhagat was caught spitting in open space, clean-up marshall caught him red handed. The victim was penalised Rs 500, but he refused to pay more than Rs 100. To which clean-up team started taking out money from his pocket forcibly. They threw the stone on the victim when he followed them. Mahesh Bhagat was hit badly by the stone and his teeth were broken in the act.
