Nariman point-Police arrested Ajit Bedge who has allegedly duped 12 persons till now by promising government jobs.Upon complaint of an engineer whom he duped for 5lakh 20 000 rs police took this action .With his accomplice, Hanumant Dhaygude Bedge contacted the victim and promised him a job in social welfare department of Mantralaya and demanded 10 lakh rs for the same . The victim was called to Mantralaya premises and was given a fake letter stamped by the secretary of social welfare department . After waiting for few days the victim launched a complaint at Marine drive police station.
