Mumbai - The Bombay High Court has slammed the CBI for slow progress in the investigation of Dr Narendra Dabholkar murder case. “It is very sensational to learn that CBI cannot arrest an accused. This will not be accepted,” said Justice Dharmadhikari while slamming the Central investigation agency. This murder incident is not limited only to a family or the organization. Such incident can happen with anyone. Should we feel happy that no one is safe,” asked the court. The CBI had sought a report from the Scotland Yard police on the weapon used in the murders of Narendra Dabholkar, Comrade Govind Pansare and M M Kalubargi. The Scotland Yard report is still not received and court was quite unhappy with the progress. Finally, the HC directed the CBI joint director to file an affidavit in this connection. The next hearing in this case is scheduled on 16th December.
