Kandivali- A Kandivali couple has been booked for allegedly assaulting their house help, who has been working with them for the last four years.
Police say the Agrawals, Sanjay and Sunita, accused their domestic help of using their shampoo. Sanjay beat her and also posted her photograph on Whatsapp groups, touting her as a thief.
The help, who claims she was not paid her salary for the last four months, filed a complaint with the Kandivali police. A case has now been filed against the couple under sections 354, 500, 324, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. No arrests have been made yet.
