Wadala- An angry man killed his friend by slitting his throat on Friday at Wadala’s MHADA chawl. Wadala TT has arrested the accused Raju Tulshiram Chauhan (22) for killing Anil Mishra.
Anil Mishra and Raju Chauhan had come from UP’s Bista zilla and used to stay together at Wadala’s MHADA chawl. Both became good friends. Meanwhile, Raju had to go to his village. He asked Anil to accompany him and Anil gave in to the request. They went to village. Meanwhile, Anil started liking Raju's sister and they started talking to each other on phone. Even after returning to Mumbai, Anil remained in touch with Raju's sister.
On 13th January around 11.30pm, Raju caught Anil red handed while conversing with her sister. Both started arguing and in a fit of rage, Raju slit Anil’s throat with a knife. He was immediately admitted to Sion hospital in a critical stage. However, he died on 14th January. Wadala TT then arrested Raju from his home and arrested him under sections 302 of IPC.
