Crawford Market- A massive blaze broke out at the Mangaldas Market within the Crawford market area on Friday morning. In total, eight fire engines reached the spot and were successful in dousing the fire. Though the sudden fire led to chaos in the area, a few hours later, matters were back to normal. “The fire broke out at 6.19 am in the Mangaldas market and it was a level three type fire. No casualty was reported and we were successful in controlling the fire. We are still investigating the cause of the fire,” said fire officer Hemant Parab.
