Crawford Market - Fire broke out in a BMC building on palton road at 5.15 PM. The building is located in the Crawford Market. Drilling and welding work was under progress in the building. While welding was going on the sparks from the welding machine ignited the cloth lying near the spot. This is the reason of the fire break out. No casualties were reported. Fire vans were called on immediate basis to control the fire.
