BMC who is been promoting greenery has failed miserably in Andheri east. Civic officials had planted a few saplings in a flower pot outside the Andheri station but they failed to take care of it. The result of which, people started throwing garbage into the flower pots.
Not only waste, people also throw alcohol bottles into the flower pots. Despite the littering, no civic official is concerned in maintaining cleanliness or greenery.
