Bandra - Foreigner Carro Hafil native of Singapore was in Mumbai for past few months. He was employed with a Singapore-based company in Mumbai. In the pretext of marrying girls, he conversated with them on social networking sites and raped them in his rented apartment in Chimbai, Bandra. The case has been lodged against him with Bandra Police station.
