Matunga – A person accused of cheating a tea vendor on the pretext of giving him a home under the SRA scheme is being arrested by the Shahu Nagar police. According to police, Gopal Krishna Nadar, a resident of Matunga Labour Camp, duped one S. Perumal Shanmugam Yadav runs a tea stall. Nadar had taken an amount of Rs 1 lakh from Perumal Yadav by promising him home under the SRA scheme. Police have registered a case and arrested the accused under relevant sections of the law.
