Churchgate- Hawkers, taxi drivers are seen playing cards in front of Sydenham college in Churchgate. According to law Pan bidi shops, gambling and other sorts of illegal activities are not supposed to be seen in nearby 100 meters of any Educational Institutions but on the opposite footpath of the Sydenham college hawkers, taxi drivers without any fear play cards. Sometimes even the students are also seen to be a part of this crowd. Some students said that police knows everything but never disturbs people while playing cards.
