GRP cracks down on railway robbers

Wadala-  On 4 January, the Wadala GRP returned a haul of lost items worth lakhs of rupees to citizens who been victims of railway robbery.
GRP officials say plain clothes policemen kept a track of railway robbers by patrolling stations and keeping an eye on such fraudtsers. They managed to recover 24 expensive mobile phones and a 13 grams mangalsutra. These mobile phones were worth Rs. 4 lakh and the jewellery was worth Rs. 38,000.
