Mulund - The foot over bridge connecting Mulund (east - west) turns into a hotspot for drunkards. The party starts from 11 pm - 12 pm. Burji stall is set up there to serve snacks to the drunkards but of course, because no decent people can go during night. These tipplers even break street lights and create a lot of ruckus during night troubling locals. Residents have demanded a stringent action against them.
