In the wake of sexual harassment cases, one more incident took place at Marine Drive when three women were harassed. When Mumbai resident Ashit Shroff (57) intervened, the men ran away.

Acting on an eye-witness complaint, Marine Drive police arrested three men on Saturday for harassing three women along Marine Drive. Two more accused were minors and were sent to a children’s correction home.

An officer told Hindustan Times,

The men sexually harassed the women, who pleaded with the bikers to leave them alone. The accused also passed sexually explicit comments and asked the women for their mobile numbers. When Shroff intervened, they got scared and fled.”
