Shivaji Nagar police arrested Harshad Sheikh (30) in the kidnapping case. The incident took place at 8 pm on Friday, the minor was playing outside her house. Locals saw the minor passing in an autorickshaw, informed Bhimashankar Dhole, Senior Inspector. Locals alertness helped them to rescue the girl. They called police immediately. Police reached the spot on the urgent basis and arrested the kidnapper. Police are probing further in the case.
