A serious case of molestation of five minor female students by a security guard in a school in Bandra has come to light and after a complaint was lodged with the Bandra police on Tuesday, a case was registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) along with molestation. Later, a 33-year-old security guard was arrested in this case.


This happened in a school in Bandra area. According to the complaint, between November 2 and 7, the accused had offensive conversations with five girls while giving the first semester examination papers. He also tried to contact these girls through mobile phones and electronic devices. He also used words with double meanings while talking. After receiving the complaint to the Bandra Police in this matter, they immediately registered a case under the molestation and POCSO Act.

The victim girls are between 15 and 17 years of age. The police also received the CCTV footage of the misbehavior of the accused and on the basis of that, the police arrested the 33-year-old accused from the spot on Tuesday. The arrested accused is a resident of Bhayander. Police are investigating further. The victim girls had complained about this to the school administration. Later, the police registered a case in this matter on the complaint of the school authorities.
