Let's know the backdrop, the incident took place in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh on 15 December, 2017. Abdul Gaffar (27) embroiled in a personal feud and in the heat of the moment, a person died. UP police were probing in the case, but Abdul kept on changing the location at regular intervals. Meanwhile, Antop Hill police station's Senior Officer, N.H.Sheikh got information of his whereabout through sources. When the team reached the spot, Abdul started running but was finally caught and is in the custody of Mumbai police. Mumbai Police will hand over the criminal to Uttar Pradesh police very soon.
