A few decades ago, in 1990, a movie named ‘Bap Numbari Beta Das Numbari’ hit Mumbai screens and was an instant hit. The movie had Kader Khan and Shakti Kapoor portraying a father-son duo and to add to that, they were conmen.

That was a film but in reality, such a duo exists. Suka Pasha-an accused in Nashik’s arms haul case- is the son of Akbar Kimat Jan Pasha, who is a conman himself. Currently, Suka Pasha is in jail while his father is likely to get arrested.

Suka Pasha was arrested for other crimes as well

Police registered another complaint against Suka Pasha by seizing cars which he had hidden at Sewri’s service centre. RAK (Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Marg) police raided Suka Pasha’s residence and seized forged papers of many two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

Suka Pasha’s father is a con as well

Suka Pasha’s father Akbar Pasha has a criminal background and was arrested many times by the police in connection with the smuggling of arms. In 1995, RAK police filed a complaint against Akbar for the first time. In 2011 and 2012, Wadala TT police and RAK police jointly-seized five foreign-made pistols, one revolver, 9.mm pistol and two knives from Akbar Pasha.

In the past, Akbar Pasha was also arrested in the case of money laundering. It is believed that Akbar's lot of relatives stay in Pakistan and he married his daughter to a man in Pakistan. It is also believed that Akbar visited Pakistan for roughly five times.

Facts about Suka Pasha

Bazzu Uzman Akbar Badshah, alias Suka Pasha has more than 15 cases registered against him.

In 2013, he befriended a girl on FB and married her. When the girl learned the history of Pasha, she rescued herself and ran away. However, Suka Pasha went to her house, abducted her and attacked her with a blade which left her with 40 cuts. This case was registered at Mulund police station.

Many of the cases were related to arms smuggling. In 2012, he was arrested in the same case and was sent to Jaipur jail where he met a famous gangster with the help of whom they planned to steal arms in Uttar Pradesh.

Police to file case under MCOCA

As Suka is booked for many arms smuggling cases, police are planning to book him for Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) to tame the gangster.
