Navi Mumbai: Eight-year-old child molested in Khandeshwar

An eight-year-old child has been raped in Khandeshwar Colony. On the pretext of telling the address of the building, he was taken far away from the house and tortured on the roof of the building. The incident took place on Sunday afternoon at one o'clock and the police immediately arrested the suspected accused. The eight-year-old boy lives in the area of Sector 9 in Khandeshwar Colony.

38-year-old Sanaul Shaikh engaged the boy in talking on the pretext of asking the address of Atharva building. Gaining the boy's trust, Sanaul took the boy to the roof of the Atharva building.

After he sexually assaulted the child there, the parents were shocked when the child informed the parents about this. The parents took the child and ran straight to the police. Sanaul is a resident of Masjid Bandar, Mumbai.
