Santacruz - The ban on high value notes has affected almost all. A thief from the area also suffered the ban and finally got arrested. According to police, Nisar Shaukat Ali is a history-sheeter who has 45 offences registered against him. He had robbed a Santacruz-based office five days ago. Due to ban on Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, he could not sell the stolen goods. Finally, the police got a tip off and arrested Nisar from his home on Tuesday.
