Once bitten still no shy

Mankhurd - It seemed that no one has learnt any lesson from Sunday rickshaw mishap at Shivaji Nagar. Rickshaw wallahs are still driving 4to 5 passengers at a time. RTO, traffic control room and police are ignoring this matter and when contacted by Mumbai Live police inspector Subhash Nikam, Mankhurd traffic control room and senior police inspector M.G.Inamdar refused to oblige.
