Vile Parle - The DNA test of accused in physiotherapist's rape and murder case has come positive. Mumbai Police had solved the mystery surrounding physiotherapist's murder at her Vile Parle residence on December 6. Police nabbed Debashish Dhar in the murder case, he was arrested in 24 Paragnas district, West Bengal and was brought to Mumbai on Tuesday. Debashish used to work in a jewllery shop near the victim's house. The convict was summoned in Andheri Court on Tuesday. Mumbai police used CCTV footages and it helped them in nabbing the victim. Dhar is in police custody for four days.
