Mumbai - A stir was created in Police control room when consistently their phones were ringing . And from another side strangers would converse with female officers using vulgar phrases . He made unparliamentary demands to not only females But to male officers too.Within short period police control room received 125 call. An offense is registered against that stranger under IPC article 509 (outraging the modesty of a woman)and information technology law ,said DCP Ashok Dudhe.
