Charkop - Charkop Police has caught a thief who had stolen Mercedes of actor Sahil khan. He has acted in films like ‘Style’ and ‘Excuse Me’. On 7th October, Sahil Khan’s sister Shaista Khan put up an ad for selling Mercedes on an online car portal. Aftab Patel called up Shaista Khan and also met her. They agreed upon Rs. 42 lakhs for which he gave Rs. 5000 as advance. Aftab also promised her to complete the deal by paying in cash and take away the car. But, same day evening, he asked Shaista to give him test ride of Mercedes for which she readily agreed. When he did not return for prolonged time and his cell phone was also switched off, she went to Charkop police station and filed a complaint. On a tip, police nabbed the thief on 29th October from Mira Road. Upon investigation Police came to know, that Aftab is a history-sheeter having murder and robbery charges pressed against him.
