Uttar Pradesh police are looking for veteran Bollywood actress and former MP Jaya Prada. The Uttar Pradesh Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against MP Jaya Prada for violating the code of conduct. The court has also ordered the Superintendent of Police to arrest Jaya Prada and produce her before the court. So the Uttar Pradesh Police are looking for this Bollywood actress. Teams of the Uttar Pradesh Police have reached Delhi and Mumbai to arrest them.


Two cases are pending against Jaya Prada in the MP-MLA court in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. She had violated the code of conduct twice during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Therefore, two cases are pending against him. Proceedings are going on in the court regarding these cases. However, Jaya Prada did not appear before the court. NBW (non-bailable) warrants have been issued against him as many as six times. However, he did not comply with the court order. Jaya Prada never appeared before the court. As a result, the judge has ordered the Superintendent of Police to arrest Jaya Prada and produce her before the court

Rampur police are on action mode after the court gave strict instructions. Rampur Superintendent of Police has formed a special team to find Jaya Prada. The team is investigating Jaya Prada in Mumbai and Delhi. Meanwhile, Jaya Prada's lawyer Azhar Khan appeared in the court during the last hearing regarding the cases against Jaya Prada. Azhar Khan filed a recall application in the court due to Jaya Prada's absence. However, this application was rejected by the judge.


What is the case?

Jaya Prada had contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Rampur constituency on a BJP ticket. Meanwhile, she inaugurated a road in Noorpur village after the implementation of the election code of conduct. Therefore, the first case was registered against her in Swar police station. After that, Jaya Prada made objectionable statements in a public meeting held in the village of Piplia Mishra. Therefore, a second case was registered against her in Kemri police station. The case against Jaya Prada is going on in the MP-MLA court in Rampur in connection with these two crimes.
