Santacruz - RTI activist Bhupendra Veera (72) was shot dead on Saturday night near Razzak Compound, Kalina Masjid. As per police sources, Bhupendra was battling against land mafia & Former Congress Corporator Razzaq Khan who were involved in the illegal capturing of lands. BMC has sent notice several times to Razzaq Khan & Land mafia on activist's complaint. AAP party came in support of deceased activist demanding immediate arrest of the culprit. Vakola Police are investigating into the matter.
