Snake explores Andheri's temple

Andheri- Volunteers of Spreading Awareness on Reptiles and Rehabilitation Programme (SARRP) NGO rescued a Checkered Keelback snake from P & T colony of Sahar road. Due to the ongoing Navratri festival buzz, snake was immediately spotted by people in the nearby Ganesh temple. The snake which was hiding in the Ganesha temple was rescued by Harshal Khandve, volunteer of SARRP. “The snake was 2.5 feet long and was non-venomous. He must have come to the temple in search of food”,said Harshal Khandve, volunteer, SARRP
