A remorseless incident took place in Dasrapada, Palghar located in Dahanu district. A youth stoned three old women to death. This vicious act took place on Monday evening at 7 pm.
The youth attacked his grandmother Maini Pawar and her friend Girji Pawar. Villagers caught the attacker red-handed and tied him. The attacker was tied with rope and police were informed immediately. The killer was produced in the court and has been sent to police custody till 23 march. The third lady died during treatment. The reason behind the act is unknown.
