Two fake doctors arrested from Malwani

The Malad Malwani Police of Mumbai has arrested two fake doctors, who were treating the patients for the last twelve years as a doctor.

The names of these two fake doctors are Vaidyanath Sudhir (54) and Mukh Chandra Dilip Maurya (48) and were arrested by the police on Thursday. Sudhir was treating people by opening his dispensary in the room number 3 of plot no-14 in Gate Number-6, Malvani, whereas Maurya was running a small hospital dispensary, by the name of Maurya Clinic in Vaibhav Society in Bhavarekar Nagar area of Malvani. A small hospital was running.

According to the police, both the accused doctors were earning good amount of money for the last 12 years by treating people in a fraudulent manner without any degree and the necessary training. According to Senior PI of the Malvani area Deepak Phantagra, after receiving a complaint from BMC, the case has been registered under sections 419 and 420 of IPC and section 33 and 36 of Maharashtra Medical Practitioner Act.
