Charkop police have registered a case against a 16-year-old boy who raped a minor girl and sent her obscene picture to a friend. The Charkop police have also registered a case against the 21-year-old youth to whom the accused had sent the picture of the girl. The police informed that the 16-year-old accused has been sent to the Dongri Children's Reformatory.
The victim is 17 years old. The 16-year-old accused sexually assaulted the victim girl. Also sent her indecent photo to a 21-year-old friend. After the incident, the victim girl told the incident to her mother. Accordingly, the mother complained to the Charkop police about this. Accordingly, the police has immediately registered a case against the two under Section 380 of the IPC and Section 4, 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and Section 67 of the Information Technology Prevention Act.
The police have sent the 16-year-old boy to the Dongri Children's Correctional Home. Also, the police are investigating the involvement of a 21-year-old youth who was sent a photograph by the accused.
