Colaba - Two constables, Ramchandra Lokhande (48) and Nitin Chavan (32) both attached to Cuffe Parade police station were hit by speeding Mercedes car near Cooperage ground in Colaba when they were heading to home.
While both the cops were badly injured, the occupants of the Mercedes fled. They are currently in Bombay Hospital. Inspector of Cuffe Parade police station, with the help of RTO, will know the name of the car owner. The case has been registered against the driver.
