Chembur - A dumper being driven by a drunk driver dashed four vehicles on Saturday midnight near Maitri Park on the Sion-Trombay Road. According to information, dumper driver Pankaj Kumar was heading towards Mumbai from Mankhurd. As he lost control on the wheels, his vehicle dashed two autorickshaws and two other vehicles. Two persons identified as Mohammed Shaikh (30) and Ashok Kumar Bin (43) sustained injuries in the incident and they are being admitted in Shatabdi Hospital for medical treatment. Govandi police have registered a case against the dumper driver and arrested him under relevant sections of the law.
