On Tuesday night, three men bashed an auto driver after taking a ride as passengers and stole the auto rickshaw.
50 years old Nivrutti Thorat ferried three passengers from Chembur railway station who asked Thorat to drop them at Sion station. However, they stopped him in the midway and started beating him up. After beating him, they stole the auto.
Thorat has registered police complaint with Chembur police station who are now looking for three accused.
