Bhandup - A 10-feet long python was found dead near Vihar Lake in Bhandup Complex on the road in the Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP). On getting information that the python was lying injured on the road, Pawan Sharma, president of Raww - a Pranimitra Sanghtana – visited the spot and found the python dead. He immediately informed Tulsi range officer of the SGNP. The serpent might have hit by a vehicle. There is a need to bring restrictions on the speed of vehicles, said Sharma.
