Retake-the mass media festival of L.S Raheja college of arts and commerce was held on the 18th and 19th of January,2019. It happens to be one of the most anticipated college festivals in Mumbai. The festival began on the 18th of January at 8:30. After a grand inauguration by Anup Jalota and the other faculty members, the events took off. The marvelous arrangements, smooth work system and a really long list of sponsors reflected the sheer hard work of the organizing committee of Retake 2K19.
All the teams from different colleges were present at the festival. Team Retake was overjoyed with all the magnificent entries. Various contingents cheered for the participants and heightened their spirits.
Since its origin in 2015, the festival has grown in dimension and popularity over the years. Retake gives its participants a chance to explore their abilities and to channel their strengths to achieve perfection.
Retake hosted Quidditch, their much-anticipated sports event on Friday, 11th January, They also visited an orphanage, Missionaries of charity in Vile Parle on the 23rd of December, and celebrated an early Christmas with the residents.
