AltBalajii is all set to enthral its viewers with two astounding love dramas, one an urban mature love story and the other a high school tale. Tinsel town's czarina Ekta Kapoor unveiled the trailer of two much-awaited web-series 'Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain 2' and 'Puncch Beat'.

Joining Ekta Kapoor were the renowned actors from both the series. The cast of Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain2 which includes Ronit Roy, Mona Singh, Gurdeep Kohli, Apurva Agnihotri, Parth Samthaan, Pooja Banerjee along with writer Jay Misra were visibly ecstatic. The ensemble representing Puncchbeat too made their presence felt with Samir Soni, Priyank Sharma, Siddharth Sharma, Khushi Joshi, Rushad Rana, Kajol Tyagi, SindhujaTurlapati and Nikhil Bhambri along with producer Vikas Gupta in attendance.

Commenting on bringing two absolutely diverse love dramas, Ekta Kapoor said, “We are bringing out the second season of Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain and this itself speaks volumes about the response to the show and content on our platform. On the other hand, there is Puncchbeat which is absolutely vibrant and has such an enthusiastic cast who will definitely steal the hearts of our audience with their amazing performances. It’s definitely a win-win situation, as we are releasing not one but two series that reach out to different target audiences. I totally give the credit to the brilliant team of writers, directors and entire cast of the two shows, who have given their best to the series and made it look the way it is looking.”

'Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain 2' will pick up from exactly where it left. The second season will once again raise questions and seek answers for complicated relationships in the game of life.

Actor Ronit Roy who plays the role of Rohit in Kehne Ko HumsafarHai 2 shared, “I have always loved working with Ekta as she is extremely passionate about all her concepts. I am truly blessed to be a part of KehneKoHumsafar Hain 2 and have got so much love from the audiences. I hope the viewers like our second season as much as they loved the first one."

Mona Singh quipped, “I was eagerly waiting to shoot the next season since the time I got to know about it. Season one ended on such a note that it kept the audience hooked and waiting to know what will happen next. Season 2 will bring those answers to the audiences. I relate to the character of Anna as I do have some of the same qualities of independence and pursuing my professional goals in real life as well.”

Gurdeep Kohli further added, “My character has had an interesting journey altogether and it is nice to see her transform over the course of the season. She is now on the path to discovering herself. It gives me immense joy to be a part of season 2 of Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain as I now get to bring a different facet of Poonam’s personality to the audience.”


On the other hand, PuncchBeat chronicles the lives of students at Rosewood High, a prestigious school famous for boxing, dancing and its disciplined ways. But this winter, the new semester is full of surprises where a lot of rules will be broken.

Commenting on the trailer launch the creative mind behind PuncchBeat, Vikas Gupta from Lost Boy Productions said, “We have been receiving rave reviews for the show since the time we released its first poster. PuncchBeat deals with the hopes and aspirations of youngsters from different backgrounds. It is shot extensively in Dehradun and I am sure the emotions and complexities of the teenagers portrayed in the series will strike a chord with the younger audience.”

The two diverse shows will start streaming from14th February on the ALTBalaji app.
