Ronit Roy to feature in Shemaroo TV’s crime show – ‘Jurm aur Jazbaat’

Ronit Roy has quite an illustrious career in the television space. He had won hearts of many with his portrayal of Mihir Virani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Mr Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagi Ki. He has even made his mark in Bollywood. 

Roy will be soon seen in a show called Jurm aur Jazbaat’. The show will air on Shemaroo TV, which is the Hindi General Entertainment Channel (GEC) from the house of Shemaroo Entertainment.

The makers of the show have also dropped in a promo of the upcoming show. The show will be a crime show that will deal on the emotions that act as a trigger to people to commit crimes. 

One can see Ronit Roy as the storyteller in the show. However, at this stage, it is not clear on the format of the show. Also, the release date has not been shared by the maker.

Earlier in January, it was announced that Ronit Roy will be teaming in with Richa Chadha for a thriller called Candy. Candy will be releasing on Voot Select and dealing with stories of drugs, politics, ambition, and murder. Set in a boarding school, in a misty hill town, this Candy is going to be full of action, thrill, and a complete jawbreaker.

Apart from Ronit Roy and Richa Chadha, the show will also feature Manu Rishi Chadha and Nakul Sehdev in pivotal roles. Candy is being directed by Ashish R. Shukla and produced by Optimystix Entertainment.
