In a recent announcement, Viacom18’s digital platform, Voot, promised better shows with an aim to catch impress the audience.
The team at the platform is working on its upcoming original psychological thriller series titled Asura. The show produced by Tanveer Bookwala’s Ding Entertainment boasts of having popular actors Arshad Warsi, Ridhi Dogra, Anupriya Goenka joining Barun Sobti as different characters of the show.
As per sources, the talented actor Sharib Hashmi who has been a part of films like Slumdog Millionaire, Filmistaan, Jab Tak Hai Jaan and others, will also be a part of Asura.
Besides this show, it is also said that he will also be seen in other digital shows like Amazon Prime series, The Family Man.
