In a letter sent to Central Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on April 10, Shiv Sena spokesperson Arvind Sawant asked the Union Government to rethink its decision to conduct exams during a pandemic. “Your intervention would mean national consensus, instead of a unilateral decision by any particular state,” the letter read.
