14,426 examinees will appear for the 'SET' exam on April 7 at 28 centres in Mumbai

The State Level Eligibility Examination i.e. 'SET' examination for the post of Assistant Professor was conducted on Sunday, April 7. The examination will be conducted on behalf of Savitribai Phule Pune University and in coordination with Mumbai University at various centres of 28 colleges affiliated to Mumbai University.


14,426 students from 28 centres in Mumbai will appear for the SET examination. The admit cards for this examination have been made available to the students through online mode. For the successful planning of this examination being held in Mumbai University, Professor Dr. Shivaji Sargar of English Department has been appointed as the Head of Mumbai City Center, informed the University of Mumbai administration.

All necessary arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct of this examination at the centres of 28 colleges in Mumbai city and Mumbai suburb district affiliated to University of Mumbai. Also, appropriate instructions have been given to all centre heads, said Professor Dr. Shivaji Sargar.
