Now Aadhaar card will be made mandatory for board examinations. SSC (10th) and HSC (12th) examinations, Aadhaar card has been made compulsory for the students. 

Students must declare the Aadhar card number before results.

Aadhaar card was made mandatory for class X and XII students from last year but it was not strictly enforced, therefore, this year, authorities will make sure the rule is implemented.

During the enrollment procedure for Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education for Class X and Class XII examinations, Aadhaar card information will be required during this registration.

Students who fail to provide this information will not be eligible for that particular examination.
