The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the results of the 12th examination and the results have decreased compared to last year. This year the result percentage is 87.33.

The result has decreased by 5.38 percent compared to last year. Last year (2022) it was 92.77 percent. The result of Pune division which includes the state is 87.28 percent.

Increase in results compared to pre-Corona period

Due to the corona epidemic, the students were given some concessions in the examination. In some places, if a subject was not examined, marks were given by taking the average. As a result, the percentage of passing students increased. However, the result of the exam before the Corona epidemic, that is, the result of the exam held in 2019, was less than this year. Result percentage in 2019 was 83.40%. Compared to that, this year the result has increased by almost four percent. Also, this year the number of examinees has also increased by almost 2 lakhs compared to last year.
