The CBSE Class 10 results for 2020 will be announced on Wednesday, July 15, the Union Human Resource Development Minister, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal said via Twitter.
“My dear Children, Parents, and Teachers, the results of class X CBSE board examinations will be announced tomorrow. I wish all the students best of luck.#StayCalm #StaySafe, “ the HRD Minister said.
This clarification comes after speculations were rife over the past few days that CBSE Class 10 results for 2020 will be announced on July 14, which is today.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had previously told the Supreme Court that Class 10 results will be announced by July 15 on the basis of internal assessment as well as the students’ performance in previous examinations. Class 12 CBSE results were previously announced this Monday on July 13 with 88.78% of the students passing through.

There has previously been a lot of uncertainty over the declaration of CBSE results for students of Class 10 and 12, respectively. Earlier in June, the CBSE cancelled examinations for students of Class 10 and 12 following recommendations to provide marks based on the aforementioned criteria.
In April, CBSE announced that there will be no examinations for students of Class 1 to 8, so the cancellation of examinations for students of 10th and 12th was always on the cards.
