After several students made repeated demands, students appearing for the Class 12 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) board examination can access their hall tickets online starting from April 3, 2021.
According to reports, on Thursday, April 1, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) stated that hall tickets or admit cards of the HSC board exam will be available at www.mahahsscboard.in from April 3 onwards.
The institutes are required to print the hall tickets for the HSC examination and give the same to students which are to be signed by the headmaster/principal. In case of any corrections in the hall ticket, the institutes will make the changes at their level.
Moreover, admission papers for the Class 10 examinations will be made available online to higher secondary schools or junior colleges on the website of the board from April 3. Colleges can download these tickets from the college login on the website.
Meanwhile, the HSC board theory examinations have been scheduled from April 23 to May 21, 2021 as announced by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) in March. On the other hand, the practical exams will be conducted after the theory papers are over.
As the challenges to conducting an examination during a pandemic becomes twofold, the state government and the education department were earlier reported to be working on an initiative titled ParikshaKoTaiyar to make board exams smooth and safe for students. Moreover, as part of the initiative, the state board is likely to announce certain guidelines on the same this year.
