The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results of the CA Final examination, one of the most competitive professional exams in the country. Diksha Goyal secured the All-India Rank (AIR) 1, emerging as the national topper.
ICAI also released detailed statistics along with the results, including group-wise and overall pass percentages. Thousands of candidates had appeared for the examination, which is conducted in two groups and tests advanced knowledge in subjects such as financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and strategic financial management.
The pass percentage reflects the rigorous evaluation standards of the CA Final, widely regarded as the toughest level in the Chartered Accountancy course. Only a limited proportion of candidates clear both groups in a single attempt, underscoring the exam’s difficulty and high academic standards.
With the declaration of results, successful candidates can now proceed with the final steps toward membership of ICAI and begin practicing as Chartered Accountants, subject to completion of required formalities and training.
The announcement has brought relief and celebration for successful candidates across the country, while others prepare to reattempt the examination in the upcoming cycle.
