The Maharashtra State Public Service Commission (MPSC) has announced a new date for the State Pre-Service Examination which will now be scheduled for January 23, 2022. A press release has also been issued by the State Public Service Commission in this regard.
The pre-service examination was expected to be held on January 2, 2022, however, it was postponed due to the pandemic. But officials from the commission have now informed in this press release that the examination will be held on January 23. Besides this, some important announcements have been made for the candidates appearing for the examination.
Admission passes for the exam have also been issued and candidates will be allowed at the examination sub-center as mentioned in the admission passes which were released through the online application system planned by the commission for the examination as scheduled earlier. The letter also mentioned that the admission passes certificates for candidates was being made available in their respective account on the commission's online application system.
In order to gain access to the examination room, it is mandatory for the candidate to bring the original printed admission certificate which can be downloaded from the commission's website. Admission for the exam will not be granted without the same.
In case a candidate faces any difficulty in getting the admission card, they should contact the concerned authorities immediately via the official website.
The commission took to Twitter to share the news, which said, "The Commission has issued a press release regarding the admission certificate of State Service Pre-Examination 2021 scheduled on 23rd January, 2022."
