Mumbai University to introduce its mobile application for students

Mumbai University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Suhas Pednekar said that the application is being developed to introduce transparency between the administration and the students.

Digital media is a strong medium and it has the ability to link people with ease. With the similar motive, Mumbai University is planning to launch its mobile application to bridge the gap between the university and its students. The application will assist the students in accessing different programs, educational schemes and timetables in just a click.  

The app is in its concluding stage and will soon be released for use. Along with these features, it will also offer examined answer sheets to students on login.

The app can be used by the students with their Permanent Registration Number (PRN) and after the evaluation of their answer sheets is completed, students can log in to their portal and view their answer sheets.

Mumbai University has sought opinions and suggestions from the students of various educational institutions about the upcoming 5-year academic plan. So far, they have received nearly 3,500 suggestions. The university administration plans to consider these suggestions and implement the changes in the next five years.
