The University of Mumbai administration has released the provisional voter list for the general assembly elections of the registered graduate group and 50 percent of the total enrollment of graduates have been disqualified. According to the provisional voter list, the voter applications of 13 thousand 394 graduates are eligible, while the voter applications of 13 thousand 350 graduates have been disqualified due to non-fulfilment of various documents.


The AGM election of Mumbai University's Registered Graduate Group was in the news from the beginning due to various reasons like overnight postponement of elections, political allegations and court battles. The election was delayed due to dramatic events. Finally, on Thursday, February 29, the provisional voter list of registered graduates and the list of disqualified applications with reasons were announced.

As per the probable election schedule announced by the University of Mumbai, the polling for a total of 10 seats of the Registered Graduate Group will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. So on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 9:00 am in Sir Kawasji Jahangir Convocation Hall in Fort Complex, the result will be declared.

The Provisional Voter List of Registered Graduate Group is available on the website https://mu.ac.in of Mumbai University at the link Election 2022 or https://mu.eduapp.co. in has been released on this website under the heading 'Electoral Roll' and also informed the concerned graduates through mobile message. To find out which list your application is in, click on the tab 'Search Registered Graduate Applications'. There the graduates should enter their mobile number or application number and check whether their application is in the eligible or ineligible list.
