Navi Mumbai: NMMC appeals the school management not to obstruct the hall tickets of class 10th and 12th students

In some schools in the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) area, some complaints are being received by the NMMC Education Department that students are not being given hall tickets for class 10th / 12th examinations if their education fees are outstanding. This matter is very serious and it can cause educational damage to the student and affect his future.

In line with this, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Education Department has informed all private school managements in the municipal area that if a student's parents face financial difficulties in paying the education fee, they should engage with them, make them aware of the necessity of the payment, and offer feasible payment options.

However, they should not be obstructed without giving the hall ticket for 10th / 12th examination. All concerned should note that when the school management has the option of paying the tuition fees before issuing the school leaving certificate, it is inappropriate to obstruct the issue of hall tickets in this way.
