To keep Navi Mumbai students at par with the changing technology, the Commissioner of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC)Rajesh Narvekar launched a tablab, which is a CSR initiative of Hyva company and an Activity Zone which has been created by implementing the unique concept of education through entertainment. 


40 state-of-the-art educational tablets have been given to Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Vidyalaya under CSR initiative of Hyva company and a tablab has also  been created in the school. Mr. Pankaj Kapur, MD of Hyva company said that this is a very useful activity in terms of imparting quality modern education and new concepts will be explained to the students at their own pace by presenting them in a simple manner with the help of digital learning tools and convenient PAL software.


He expressed his happiness that tablab is the embodiment of the concept of Nipun Bharat of the Government of India and due to this, the municipal schools are being transformed into digital learning schools.


Meanwhile, various types of toys like snake ladder, chess, rock climbing, abacus have been placed in the activity zone and an attractive replica of the solar system has also been created with the features of the planets. Due to this, children will be able to get information about various scientific matters such as the distance of planets from the sun, speed of their rotation, day and night etc. Every material and game in this zone is meant to inform children about science and increase their interest in science.
